This recipe is for all the Italian food lovers.
This is the easiest pasta recipe for the red sauce pasta.
In this recipe we will learn how to make a perfect red sauce pasta at the home. Do try this recipe for the authentic Italian taste.
Note:
* Arrabbiata means anger so this sauce is spicy as spice describes anger. You can learn how to make the Arrabbiatta sauce at home from my Pizza and pasta sauce video at the channel.
* Boil the pasta for 8-9 minutes only till al dente stage. If you are using home made pasta increase the boiling time to 10- 11 minutes.
* Make sure to toss the boiled pasta in oil after straining which prevent the pasta from sticking.
* Blanching : To blanch the broccoli or zucchini , add the salt in boiling water and then add in the broccoli and zucchini.
Now allow it to boil for 3-4 hours and then remove in a bowl of cold water.
