BREAKFAST 1
Cocoa Powder Chocolate Cookies
Make 36 cookies

Ingredients
1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 t vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups white flour
1 t baking soda
1/3 t salt

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
3. In a different bowl mix dry ingredients.
4. Combine all ingredients until blended well.
5. Roll into large gumball size balls and place on cookie sheets.
6. Bake for 8 minutes on dark pans or 10 minutes on light pans.
7. Let cool. Cookies will be very soft at first and will firm up as they cool.

DINNER 1
Super Puffy Pillow Herb Cheese Buns:
Turkey Noodle Soup

Ingredients
16 cups water
1 LB shredded or diced white or dark meat turkey (chicken OK too)
4 carrots, sliced
4 ribs celery, sliced
1/3 cup chicken buillon powder
1 1/2 cups dry Fideo pasta or other small shaped pasta
1 T Italian seasoning
1/2 t black pepper

Directions
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in 16 cups water, stirring occasionally.
2. Boil for 10 minutes.
3. Simmer for 25 minutes.
4. Cool slightly before serving.
