Our favorite Italian food. It is no secret that food has a major role in Italian culture. But the Italian food you see in North America it is not the authentic Italian Food you’ll have here. Italian food is very local and every town, region, village or area has a complete different food from the rest of the country. Today we want to tell you our favorite Italian food. Most of it is very local and it is the food of Emilia. We will cover some authentic Italian dish of our area that are not very common elsewhere in Italy. We are two Canadians currently living in Italy. We moved to Italy in November 2018 to start a new chapter of our life’s and we would like to share our story with. We hope you enjoy it.

In March 2017, Rick and Andrea (confessed Travel Addicts) started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share their travel photos and videos not just with their own respective friend’s lists – but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited.
After inviting some of our friends and family, it grew and grew – and as of June 2019, the group has grown to over 200,000 members! One reason for our success, we believe, is that we have done our best to ensure only high-quality photos and videos get shared, all while limiting the use of commercial content.
