Today’s menu is Lemon pasta. The pasta from Sicily, Italy.
Ingredients:
・Spagetti
・Butter
・Lemon
・Fresh cream
Although it contains butter and fresh cream, lemon peel and lemon juice make the pasta refreshing.
Sauté the lemon peel with butter and slowly boil the lemon juice will reduce sourness of the lemon but keep refreshing flavor.
