COOL PASTA WITH CANNED TUNA – RECIPE
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (4 people):
400gr /14oz pasta
400gr /14oz tuna in brine
a bunch of capers
a bunch of olives
parsley
garlic
1 chili
extra-virgin olive oil
Procedure:
1) Put a large pot of salted water on the stove to boil;
2) Leave some oil, chopped parsley, garlic and chili to infuse;
3) Put some garlic in a pen to gently fry. Add the olives and the capers;
4) When the water is boiling, put the pasta in the large pot;
5) When the pasta is ‘al dente’, move it in the pan with the olives & capers;
6) Add the canned tuna (drained), add the herbs infusion from step 2;
7) Mix it all up, and buon appetito!
ITALIAN FOOD BOOS SPECIAL TIP: Add the canned tuna at the very end, just before you serve the pasta, otherwise it’ll become too dry!
