This is a recipe that a lot of people staying with us have loved when joining our Cooking Class. When I published some pictures, someone had even call it “world famous pork fish!” in their comments. It’s a family version of the Italian recipe “Maiale in Crosta” with a nice, yummy coating of fresh bacon! If you are a meat lover, then this is for you!
In this video also the famous Tiramisu! A simple. dessert to make, that doesn’t require cooking. A delicious creamy preparation, many love to do with us. If you don’t like coffee, you can do a fruit version instead, with strawberries or melon or peaches!
This lockdown’s project of Live cooking is giving me a lot of joy, thank you for spreading the word and inviting other people to meet us and join in this fun time!
