This is another fun, home style recipe. It may sound weird Chicken in Tuna sauce, but trust me you won’t regret giving it a try.
You can use veal as well, cooked and thin sliced.
My father, he adores this recipe so when I started doing Live cooking classes during lockdown, he insisted to propose this recipe for you to know and to try it, it’s not very common nor a famous recipe from Italy. Fathers are always right, everyone liked it a lot!

Ingredients:
Serves 4
100g of tuna tinned in olive oil, drained
60g of capers, drained
4 anchovy fillets
1 lemon, juice only
black pepper, to taste
150ml of extra virgin olive oil
2 hard boiled eggs (only yolk to be used)
Chicken (full one or pieces- we need to boil it, cooled down and ready to clean from bones)
