Jeff Chirico interviews Donald Haxhui about the opening of Le Onde Ristorante in Elkins Park, PA. The restaurant opened in March 2020 as most small businesses were closing their doors to the pandemic. Le Onde is a fine dining Italian restaurant operated by the father/son team of Artur and Donald Haxhiu. When this video was recorded the restaurant was serving take-out exclusively until the shelter-in-place order was lifted by the governor.
