Is Gnocchi pasta or potato?
Gnocchi is an Italian pasta, the most common of which is classic potato gnocchi (Gnocchi di patate). They are made of cooked mashed potatoes, flour and eggs.
INGREDIENTS
4 good size boiled potatoes
1 cup of self rising flour
4 Roma tomatoes or alternative variation
6 to 8 Sage leaves
6 to 8 Basil leaves
100 g of Butter
1 cup of grated Grana Padano cheese
