Lasagne is an Italian food that is famous for its aroma and flavours. There are five layers of lasagne.
* The first layer is White Sauce*
Ingredients:
– All purpose flour 1 cup
– Butter 3 tablespoons
– Milk 2 cups or as needed
– Salt and black pepper
– Nutmeg and oregano leaves
To cook white Sauce:
Step 1: Melt butter and add flour in it while stirring constantly.
Step 2: Fry flour a little.
Step 3: Add milk to make thick paste.
Step 4: Add salt and black pepper.
Step 5: Add nutmeg and oregano leaves.
Step 6: Cook it till smooth.
*The second layer is Lasagne Noodles*
– Boil water and add salt, vinegar and olive oil to avoid noodles to stick to each other.
– When half cooked, turn off stove and cover with lid.
*The third layer is Pasta Sauce*
– We are using ready made pasta sauce.
*The Fourth layer is Mince (beaf or chicken)*
– Cook it with garlic, salt, black pepper and lemon juice until fully cooked and dried.
* The fifth and last layer will be of Cheese*
– Any cheese of your choice that can melt down in it.
Preheat oven and bake at 350 Fahrenheit.
