Brighton Beach is a neighborhood with some of the most interesting cuisine in all of New York City. With a strong presence of residents hailing from Russia, Uzbekistan, and Georgia, neighborhood restaurants attract a wide variety of guests with traditional dishes like lamb skewers, caviar, and of course – vodka! Zagat editors Molly Moker and Billy Lyons visited the beach side Brooklyn neighborhood to find out how this unique area has been able to pass on its traditions to a new generation of residents.
