STUFFED CHICKEN AND PASTA RECIPE

Ingredients:
5 lbs Chicken meat (recommend breast)
2 tb Salt
2 tb pepper
2 tb Garlic Powder
3 tb Italian Seasoning
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (or your preference)
1/2 cup Pepperoni
1 cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Clean & filet your chicken to flattened (so it can roll)
3. Prep you baking dish with olive oil spray (or your preference)
4. Lay out your chicken flat
5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to your liking
6. Add marinara, cheese, and pepperonis
7. Roll your filets and place in baking dish side by side
8. Season the top layer, which should be unseasoned, with salt, pepper, garlic powder, & Italian seasoning.
9. Add in oven for 50 minutes
PREPARE PASTA
-Boil water
-Add 1 heaping tb of salt, 1 heaping tb of minced garlic, and 1 tb oregano to water, allow to boil, then add your pasta.
– cook al dente for 8-9 minutes
-drain your pasta
-add 1 use of butter & approx. 1 tb of Italian seasoning ( or what you prefer )
*You can choose to keep pasta butter Italian or if preferred, add marinara
BACK TO CHICKEN
10. After 50 mins, remove from oven and add a layer of marinara, cheese, and pepperoni.
11. Place back in oven for an additional 10 mins
12. Serve and enjoy!
