Focaccia
Amazing one bowl, No Knead, No bread-maker Focaccia bread, easy to make , delicious. Made with few simple ingredients and a lot of love and patience.

Use a great quality olive oil and salt to get the best results. When I was in Florence, I learnt about this recipe which is also similar to the one from Samin Nosrat.

Ingredients:
Dough
800 G All purpose flour
600 ml lukewarm water
2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp Honey
1/8 Tsp Yeast
Water Mixture
1/3 cup water 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
Olive oil 8 -10 Tbsp total
Mix water, honey, yeast and set aside for 5-7 mins
Mix flour, salt in a big bowl Pour the yeast mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until it just comes together.
Leave for fermentation for 12-15 hours , it should be about double in volume. If its hot where you live, it might take less time, so adjust accordingly
Take a sheet tray, pour 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil in it. Gently slide the dough, without deflating all the beautiful air that has made the dough spongy. Gently lift and stretch so that the dough kind of fills the sheet pan Set aside for 30 mins Pour a little oil on your hand and gently make dimples in the dough.
Pour the salt water mixture and let it proof for 45 mins .

Bake at 450 F for 25- 30 mins
Take out of the oven, and brush with a little more olive oil Enjoy on its own, or with a salad or even make sandwich #saffrontouch #italian #focaccia #bread #baking #easytomake #beautifulcuisines #masterchef #anaghagodbole #oliveoil #eggfree #eggless
