This might be the most surreal food review I’ve ever done.
I walked into what looked like a closed, old-school Egyptian sweet shop in Manchester — no sign outside, just trays of baklava in a virtually empty space.
But hidden in the BACK… the Egyptian owner is making Italian-style pizzas.
Pepperoni, four cheeses, garlic butter, olive oil, fresh tomatoes and basil — and I’m not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best Italian-style pizzas I’ve ever had.
You would NEVER expect pizza of this quality in a shop like this.
Did I just find Manchester’s best hidden pizza?
