
Method is simple. Make your standard red sauce, add a couple of cups of water and bring to a simmer, break up lasagna noodles and mix in. Put a lid on and simmer until the pasta is al dente. Add more water is needed to keep from drying out. Add cheeses and cover for a couple of minutes to melt. Voila.
