1 full lemon and its skin ๐Ÿ‹
Chives and its flower ๐ŸŒบ
20 sage leaves ๐ŸŒฟ
a bit of Butter
Flour.

COOKING STEPS ๐Ÿ“ถ

Prepare all the herbs, the lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹ and skin. Punch your turkey breasts until they flatten and pass it in a bowl full of flour. Add butter in a warm pan ๐Ÿณ , melt it, add sage, chives and then add the turkey.
Cook it properly both sides meanwhile adding the lemon juice in the pan (be careful).
Put it in a plate and add the lemon skin ๐Ÿ‹ and the chives flower! Eat with pleasure.
