My partner and I have been making pizzas at home for a while now! We have been making our own dough using the recipe presented on the back of the King Arthur 00 Pizza Flour bag (without splitting into two dough balls) and it has been working well for us so far! I was just wondering what the next steps to improving our pizza game would be.
In case it matters, we bake our pizzas in our apartment oven on a 16โ cast iron pizza stone. I typically preheat the oven to 510 F for at least 30-40 minutes.

I add a 1 tsp of yeast instead of the 1/8tsp. I found the crust a bit too dense otherwise.
Personally I think you’ll get better results with a bread flour or high gluten flour when cooking at 510F. 00 shines at higher heats like 750-950F
