Trying out the chicken crust pizza recipe!
For the record – we do not fear pizza, nor do we fear carbs. We do, however, fear gross flavorless lean ground chicken. This seemed like a much tastier way to eat it. Sometimes you wanna save your carbs for dessert and thatโs okay. Plus, it helped Jason feel like he got to eat a *lot* of pizza while hitting protein goals and staying in a deficit. If you saw my last post, weโre doing a lot of tips and tricks for fullness while heโs on a body re-comp journey.
If youโre being really mindful of caloric intake – turkey pepperoni and lower fat mozzarella are great options to keep you under budget.
We topped ours with hot honey, frankโs buffalo sauce, and homemade greek yogurt ranch with carrot sticks on the side. Verdict? Very yum. Will definitely be making again soon.
