My fiancรฉe wanted an extra saucy pie. Made a half pep and half sausage supreme with white sauce.
The white sauce was just ricotta thinned with heavy cream and seasoned with salt pepper and garlic. It was lowkey the star of the show ! My new white sauce standard recipe tbh.
Made a thicker crust than I usually do to stand up to the extra toppings. Gotta admit the extra juicy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle -esque slices were a nice change of pace!
