A quick assembly-only job:
Egg pappardelle
Olive tapenade – not hard to make but I used a bought one containing olives, capers, anchovies and olive oil.
Stir through enough tapenade through the cooked pasta – about a tablespoon will do.
Gran Padano and pepper to serve.
