    A quick assembly-only job:

    Egg pappardelle

    Olive tapenade – not hard to make but I used a bought one containing olives, capers, anchovies and olive oil.

    Stir through enough tapenade through the cooked pasta – about a tablespoon will do.

    Gran Padano and pepper to serve.

    I added a green olive tapenade to my leftover ragu when making it the next night and it took the dish from 6/10 to 10/10
